We warmly invite you to Villa Allegra – a newly renovated tenement house with a history dating back to 1933. The building was designed by Radosław Furmański and has operated as a guesthouse named “Wanda” since its inception. After the war, it housed, among others, a dormitory for the Orłowo School of Fine Arts.
Villa Allegra is located in the Gdynia-Orłowo district, a peaceful corner on the border of Sopot and Gdynia, just 400m from the beach and the Orłowo pier. For active individuals, there are long promenades and cycling paths stretching along the beach from Gdynia to Gdańsk. An additional attraction during the season is the Summer City Theatre, which stages plays directly on the Orłowo beach in the evenings. Moreover, Sopot is only 4 km away, and you can reach the Sopot pier by walking along the promenade in just 40 minutes. Villa Allegra’s location allows for easy communication within the Tri-City area, with a bus stop just 200m away and the Fast Urban Railway (SKM) stop 400m away. The Sopot Aqua Park, open year-round, is only 3 km away.
Beautiful views, cliffside walks, and enjoying a good coffee on the terrace – this place has its own rhythm, free from hurry and hustle.
We have prepared for you 5 two-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people each, as well as two three-bedroom apartments for up to 6 people.
Each of the apartments features a practical kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and an oven. There is also a stylish and comfortable bathroom with a washing machine.
On the premises, there is a playground for children, a garden with seating areas, and a barbecue.
Each apartment comes with one parking space.
