Apartment 12 is a stylish apartment located on the top, third floor of the building. The apartment features one spacious bedroom with a wide, double bed and a workspace. The elegant living room is combined with a functional kitchen. The apartment also has a modern bathroom. Each bed is equipped with two sets of bedding. The large living room is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, LCD TV, dining table, and modern chairs. The apartment comes with a private balcony.

In the bedroom, there is a spacious wardrobe and a work desk. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hairdryer.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

Fresh towels, as well as a bottle of water, coffee, and tea, will be waiting for our guests in the apartment.

It is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground garage.

Upon request, we can provide a baby cot and a high chair for feeding.
